โครงการนี้ทำการตรวจวัดตามจุดต่างๆ ในดินรวมถึงแม่น้ำลำคลองที่ได้รับผลกระทบเนื่องจากการนำปุ๋ยเคมีมาใช้ในการปลูกหน่อไม้ฝรั่งในเขตเพาะปลูกทางชายฝั่งตะวันตกและการปลูกผักตามสันดินบริเวณสามเหลี่ยมปากแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา แล้วเสนอแนะแนวทางลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
