研究概要：
-
荒廃熱帯林の生態系サービスの修復やREDD＋における地域住民のインセンティブとセーフガードの履行システムの構築について研究を行っている。さらに、経済のグローバル化が進み、熱帯地域の住民は、農地の拡大が出来ず、生産物の増産がない場合、過度の森林生態資源（特に非木材林産物）の収穫が行われており、この実態の解明を行っている。
