JAPAN-ASEAN Platform had a visit from International Division and ASEAN Exchange Promotion Division, Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture as collaboration activities with local governments as part of –Collaboration with civil society-, and exchanged advice and views in promoting internationalization.
Sakai City focuses on expanding exchange with people of Southeast Asian countries, since the city has the history of trade relations with Southeast Asia and Vietnamese Consulate General is located in the city.
