The objective of this study is to investgate the behavior of dominant castes traditionally monopolyzing land in each region, the direction of land transfer, and the emergence of new agriculturalists, etc.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n In Southeast Asia, with the rapid economic development in the past 2-3 decades, huge amount of savings potential is being born in rural areas. And how to mobilize such savings and form an integrated nationa-wide financial market is an important policy issue.
