The global awareness of<br \/>\nthis issue has lead to increasing awareness of the importance of<br \/>\nsustainable development strategies at the landscape level. How can basic<br \/>\nknowledge on biological diversity and ecosystem functions of natural<br \/>\nforests, including secondary forests, contribute to conservation at<br \/>\nlandscape to regional levels?
