PANG KHEE TEIK
Pang is a Malaysian arts consultant, activist, curator, organiser, photographer and writer. In 2008, together with fellow activists and artists, he co-founded sexuality rights festival Seksualiti Merdeka in Malaysia, which presented exhibitions, performances, workshops and talks about sexual orientation, gender identities and human rights in Malaysia. It was banned by the police in 2011. In 2013, under the Chevening Scholarship scheme, Pang graduated with an MA in Gender, Sexuality & Culture from Birkbeck, University of London. Presently Pang is the director of art & activism bazaar Art For Grabs, which features arts, crafts and social causes, as well as forums and talks on social and political issues. He remains active in speaking on LGBT issues and capacity building of younger LGBT activists.

ABDUL MUIZ
Abdul Muiz obtained a Master degree from the State Islamic Univesrity of Sunan Kalijaga, Yogyakarta. He was an adviser to the Islamic boarding school for transgenders of Al Fatah Notoyudan, Yogyakarta (2009-2011). He is a special lecturer at the State Islamic Institute of Syekeh Nujati, Cirebon (2014 – present).
