In 2016 the IPCR-CSEAS started a new type of research collaboration (Type VII) aimed at promoting young researchers’ participation in international conferences. This new initiative is a response to the high expectations for young researchers’ capacity to expand the dissemination of their original research findings internationally, which has been expressed on several occasions including the discussions at the past IPCR annual meetings. In the year of 2019, IPCRCSEAS (Type VII) assisted the dispatch of twenty five young scholars toward three international conference/seminar/workshop.
