ANGGARAN DASAR (AD)CHAPTER I
NAME, TIME AND PLACEPoint 1. Name
This organization is named Association of Kyoto University Alumni shortened as HAKU.Point 2. Time
HAKU was established in Jakarta on April 18th, 2007 for the time which is not defined. (HAKU was officially declared by the President of Kyoto University in Jakarta on July 26th, 2007)Point 3. Place
HAKU is located in Jakarta; it can be founded in every institution in which the Alumni have been working.CHAPTER II

HAKU is science organization which had the character of familiarity, distinguishing in independent and intellectual.Point 6. Function
HAKU has function as a place for Alumni of Kyoto University for improving their profession and science, integrating all potency and their participation in development nation and state of the Republic of Indonesia.Point 7. Objective
HAKU has purpose to form scientific networks in order to develop science and technology in Indonesia.CHAPTER IV
MEMBERSHIPPoint 8. Member of HAKU
Member of HAKU is who had study and/or conducting research in Kyoto University; Indonesian and also other citizen even also can become member of HAKU. They are referred as Alumni of Kyoto University.CHAPTER V
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE, MANAGEMENT AND DECISION MAKINGPoint 9. Organization Structure
HAKU organization consisted of board of office and Coordinator of every institution.Point 10. Management
1. HAKU is leaded by a Chairman who assisted by Vice-chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer.
2. Local management of HAKU is consisted of institution Coordinator.
3. A period of management is 2 (two) years.Point 11. Decision Making
Decision making is appointed by deliberation of member, characterized by developing organization and science and technology.CHAPTER VI
PROPERTIESPoint 12. Properties
Organization properties are derived from:
1. Member fee.
2. Contribution.
3. Other efforts that legal and permitted.CHAPTER VII

HAKU has device, flag and attribute arranged in ART.CHAPTER VIII
COORDINATORPoint 14. Coordinator
Coordinator can reside in every institution where Alumni of Kyoto University reside in or work.CHAPTER IX
CHANGESPoint 15. Changes of Statutes
Changes of statutes can only be conducted in Member Deliberation.CHAPTER X
DISBANDMENT AND AUTHENTICATIONPoint 16. Disbandment and Authentication
1. Organizational disbandment can only be conducted by Member Deliberation that is performed special for that.
2. Authentication of Statutes is appointed of first time at Member Deliberation on November 26th, 2007 in Jakarta.CHAPTER XI

ANGGARAN RUMAH TANGGA (ART)CHAPTER I
MEMBERSHIPPoint 1.
Membership system has the limited characteristic.Point 2.
1. Every member has rights of:a. Active in organizational activity.
b. Submitting opinion verbally and also written.
c. To elect and elected according to order of mechanism which is arranged by organization.2. The member has obligations to:
a. Paying member fee.
b. Respect good name of HAKU and obey all organizational decision and also ethical code of HAKU.Point 3.
1. Membership of HAKU will be end due to:a. Passing away.
b. Request by him/her submitted that is sent by written to head of HAKU2. Others things about membership are arranged in Organizational Guidance.
CHAPTER II
ORGANIZATIONPoint 4.
1. When in an institution at least there are one people of member HAKU, they can form representative of HAKU.
2. Head of HAKU give authorize to Coordinator of institution to initiate in forming representative of HAKU.Point 5.
1. Head-office managements have function as Coordinator of all activities of HAKU.
2. Representative managements have function as Coordinator of all activities of HAKU at institution level.Point 6.
In each head-office management and representative management can be form special board that is characterized by non structural board.Point 7.
1. Member Deliberation chooses a head and formation.
2. Member Deliberation chooses new Coordinator of every institution. Management commutation is appointed by Member Deliberation.
3. Others things about organization are arranged in Organizational Guidance.CHAPTER III
DELIBERATIONPoint 8.
1. Deliberation is held by management of head-office and attended by delegation of representative institution.
2. Deliberation has function to:a. Ask for responsibility from Head.
b. Appoint and conduct completion of ART.
c. Appoint of management of Head-Office’s Program and Recommendations.
d. Choose and appoint new Head.Point 9.
1. Deliberation will be legal if attended by half add 1 from all elements.
2. If amount of participants not yet up to standard, deliberation can be delayed at longest 30 minute, afterwards event of deliberation can be continued.Point 10.
1. All participants of deliberation have rights converse.
2. Rights voice for election at deliberation owned by every participants.
3. Observer only deflects to converse, if entitled by Conference Head.
4. Guide of conducting of deliberation arranged in Organizational Guidance.CHAPTER IV
MANAGEMENT FORMATIONPoint 11.
1. Management of head-office consists of Organizational Committee and Coordinator. Organizational Committee consists of Head, Vice-head, Secretary, and Treasurer.
2. Representative management consists of Coordinator in every institution.
3. Coordinator is promoted by representative member and appointed by the Head.CHAPTER V
MEETINGPoint 12.
1. Meeting of organizational committee is purposed to:a. Conduct information and communication effectively in the internal management in discussing routine activity of organization.
b. Evaluate conduction of ART, decision and organization program.
c. Conduct program completion and adjustment as according to progress and circumstance change.
d. Increase information networks and communication between region and also between HAKU and other autonomy institution in all regions.2. Member meeting is held minimize once one year and attended by management of head-office and the representative institution.
3. Guide of conducting of meeting arranged in Organizational Guidance.CHAPTER VI
DEVICE, FLAG AND ATTRIBUTEPoint 13.
1. Device of HAKU is in the form of sketch of main building of Kyoto University and Champora tree which is in front of it.
2. Device of HAKU is utilized at letter head and envelope, organizational nameplate, and the other place needed.
3. Attribute of HAKU consists of:a. Membership card.
b. Hat and sport clothes.
c. Accessories of tie Brand of HAKU.CHAPTER VII
DISBANDMENTPoint 14.
1. Organization of HAKU can only be disbanded by special Member Deliberation that is performed for that.
2. The deliberation, minimize attended by a half plus 1 from all amount of member.
3. Decision to disband, held legal if agreed by 2/3 participants which attend.Point 15.
1. After HAKU disbanded, will be formed liquidation board.
2. Organizational properties present to social institutions or organizations that have purposes and objectives which is in line with HAKU, and conducted only by Liquidation Board.CHAPTER XI
CLOSING1. Matter which not yet included within in this ART, will be appointed in Organizational Guidance.
2. After Organizational Guidance appointed by Organizational Committee, decision have to be distributed to all management level and socialized to all member of HAKU.
