- Landuse/landcover dynamics based on RS/GIS;

- Transportation/navigation information system based on GIS and GPS;
- Potential of using very high resolution satellite data (e.g. IKONOS, Quickbird) in Forest Cover Mapping - Case study of selected sites in Southeast Asia;
