Submission of Documentation after Returning to Japan/your country of residence

The dispatched/invited scholar is required to submit the following items after returning to Japan/your country of residence to demonstrate progress made during the program.

(1) Report (in English (and Japanese, if possible), using the standard format provided)
(2) Documentation in the form of photographs, video, etc.
(3) Presentation in international conferences organized by this program
* Items (1) and (2) are to be submitted to the Program Secretariat within one month of returning to Japan.
