Japanese Ministry of Education (MEXT) highly rates CSEAS International Program of Collaborative Research (IPCR)

The Japanese Ministry of Education (MEXT) gave CSEAS an “S” ranking, one of the highest obtainable for its IPCR program in an interim appraisal for 2013. This was on the grounds that CSEAS embraces a multidisciplinary approach to area studies and contributes to the development of young researchers through publishing collaborative research results.
